During the medieval times, the Bungee Jumping began as a test of bravery. In the Antipodes of Pacific Islands, land diving was used to be a manhood ritual. The men from Pentecost Island used to jump from a cliff with only vine leaves bound to their ankles and it began as a procession. Ping

Sky Cycling

The height of Sky Cycling is 228 m and length is 300 m, making it one of the tallest and most adventurous activities in Kushma.

From Pokhara

If you want to reach Kushma from Pokhara, you can rent a private drive or just visit the place by bike or Public bus. Kushma is just 60 Km away from Pokhara and is very accessible. The road is blacktopped all the way to Kushma and offers splendid beauty of mountains, rivers, gorges, and impeccable natural atmosphere. From Pokhara, Kushma can be visited within the same day. After doing activities in Kushma Bungee, you can return back to the Pokhara valley.  

From Kathmandu

Pokhara is situated 200 Km away from Kathmandu valley and Kushma is 60 Km away from Pokhara. You need to cover 260 Km from Kathmandu to reach Kushma. There is no direct public transportation available to reach Kushma from Kathmandu. However, a private drive can be arranged to reach Kushma. Or, you can just get a drive to Pokhara and take another drive to reach Kushma from Pokhara. 

Pokhara can be reached by flight. The flight option is the quicker one and with a timely flight, you can visit Kushma and return back to Pokhara the same day. The flight option is recommended if you are short of time. After doing activities in Kushma and Pokhara,  you can drive back to Kathmandu or take a return flight to return.

Kushma Bungee is an incredible destination to visit. It is the year-round destination as there are numerous things to do. Every season has a sort of new adventure to offer. The splendid himalayan beauty, village lifestyle, culture and traditions and thrilling activities are the year round attractions. 

Every season is favorable to visit Kushma. However, extreme monsoon and uncertain climate is not favorable. The operation during uncertainties is halted and operated as soon as possible. 

Other seasons such as Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter are favorable to visit Kushma for adventure activities. Since, the jumping adventures are not like trekking and hiking, these activities are operated in favorable circumstances, even in the monsoon.

People with certain medical conditions are not advised to undergo Bungee Jumping. In every adventure activity, there is nothing greater than life and the physical condition should be assessed before doing it. 

If you have conditions such as High Blood Pressure, Heart Conditions, Epilepsy, High Myopia, Broken or dislocated bones, Fragile skin, Neurological disorders, Asthma, Anxiety, Sprains or muscular injuries, you should inform the crew or instructor about your condition. It is best advised to consult your doctor before doing it if you have any health issues. 

Health issues itself don't prevent you from doing adventure activities. However, the major injuries and conditions can be fatal and should be taken into consideration to avoid uncertain emergencies. The women with pregnancy cannot perform adventure activities as it will be riskier for both the child and women herself. If you have any conditions such as concussion or spine injuries, a medical consideration is required from your doctor and a certificate stating you are not prone to any medical emergencies should be presented to the crew. 

The people who have sight issues and wear glasses need to take off the glasses before performing adventure activities in Bungee at Kushma.

Clothing and gears are the major important factor while performing any adventure activities. Having proper gears and clothing not only makes your activity comfortable, it also enhances your adventure experience. The comfortable clothes are recommended according to weather conditions. 

The sport shoes and sneakers are recommended for footwear. Enclosed and secure shoes are important. Yoga Pants and Slim jackets or t-shirts are appropriate while doing Bungee Jump. Anything that is comfortable to wear is basically preferred in Bungee Jumping. Avoid wearing skirts, high heels or dresses.
