We are also trusted Tibet and Bhutan operators with years of experience handling restrictive documentation while providing the best possible experience for our guests.

Today, our team comprises talented individuals from different educational and cultural backgrounds, all sharing a common passion for “meaningful travel”. We have been to all 77 districts of the country and understand the deep cultural insights of each region.

The visionary mind behind this travel company is our Founder, Kiran Neupane, a passionate traveller working in this field since 2009. He has witnessed Nepal’s evolving travel industry firsthand. Strongly believing in service satisfaction, he founded Altitude Himalaya with the aim of promoting Nepal as a global destination.

Under his leadership, there is a subtle division within our team. Admins handle staff coordination, record keeping, permits, and hotel/flight reservations.

Everything you see on our website, social media posts, and YouTube videos comes from our dedicated Content Team who are also subject matter experts.

Once you book our packages and begin your journey with us, you will meet our Operations Team who work from the ground-level. They are responsible for vehicle coordination, guides assigning, crafting final itineraries, and handling all other logistics. They are the ones you will be in direct communication with from the time you land in Nepal to the time you leave this beautiful land of the Himalayas.

And how can we forget our Field Experts? They are our real heroes. Without capes, but with steering wheels, guidebooks, and trekking poles in their hand. Yes, these include our drivers, naturalists, government-licensed tour and trek guides, and assistants.
